Process
From brief to dismantling.
Discover. Design. Produce. Deliver.
Every project follows the same end-to-end lifecycle, so planning decisions carry cleanly into production and live execution.
Four stages
How an Auron project runs.
-
01
Discover
Brief, objectives, audience, venue and constraints.
We start with your brief: the purpose of the event, the audience, date, venue, approvals and budget framework.
Technical and infrastructure requirements are identified early, so the proposal reflects what the event actually needs.

02
Design
Concept, layout, technical plan and coordination.
Event concept, stage and venue layout, branding direction and the technical plan for staging, sound, lighting, AV and LED.
Vendor and infrastructure coordination is planned alongside the design, with timelines agreed with your team.

03
Produce
Fabrication, branding, AV and infrastructure build.
Fabrication, branding and graphics are produced; equipment and infrastructure are prepared and scheduled.
On site, our team manages the technical setup and installation, followed by checks and rehearsals.
- Fabrication & branding
- Technical setup
- Rehearsal & checks

04
Deliver
Live execution, dismantling and closure.
Our production team runs the live event — coordinating stage, technical cues, vendors and venue.
After the event we dismantle, clear the site and close the project with your team.
- Live execution
- Dismantling
- Project closure
Single point of accountability
The same team, across the full lifecycle.
Because Auron handles both event management and technical production, the people who plan your event are the people who build and run it — and the ones answerable for it.
